The conference hotel will be the Marriott at the University of Dayton. Situated in a park-like setting on the University of Dayton campus, the Marriott at UD is moments from downtown and major corporate and government facilities.
The easiest way to make a reservation is via this link. You have until September 19th or until the block sells out (whichever comes first) to make your reservations.
You can also make reservations by calling 1-937-223-1000. You will need to mention the “67th Annual ORALL Meeting and Conference” to receive the group corporate rate.
The opening reception and dinner will be held at the Carillon Brewing Co.
Please note: Alcohol purchases are not included with the opening reception event; they must be purchased separately.
Carillon Brewing Company serves history by the pint. Each pint of their house-made beer is made just as it would have been in the past. They start with historical recipes to create each historical drink. Then, historical varieties of malt and hops are used to make sure the recipes are authentic. Finally, historically designed equipment and methods are used as each step of the brewing process unfolds right before your eyes.

Annual Benefit Project
We are pleased to announce that this year’s Annual Meeting Benefit Project is in conjunction with Erma’s House of Dayton, Ohio.
Erma’s House opened its doors in 1997 as a result of a task force on child welfare developed by Montgomery County commissioners and led by Brother Raymond Fitz, S.M., President of the University of Dayton. It was named in honor of Erma Bombeck, a 1949 University of Dayton graduat
e, who became one of the most popular newspaper columnists of all time. The mission of Erma’s House is to assist and support the children and families who have been affected by divorce, separation, abuse, or neglect; in maintaining or rebuilding their family relationships through a program of safe, structured, community-based visitation services. Erma’s House, which depends on a large group of
volunteers, provides rooms specifically designed and furnished with toys, books, and snacks for children of various age groups.
Please consider joining our efforts in raising awareness and donations for Erma’s House. We would welcome donations of individually, pre-packaged snacks for the children such as:
- Popcorn (microwave)
- Teddy Grahams
- Goldfish – all varieties
- Big Pretzels
- Rice Krispie Treats
- Chocolate Chip CookiesPotato Chips
- Fruit Juice
- Fruit Snacks
